The Owl and Dumbo

Owl, who is clever and very self-composed, and Bumbo, a short tempered but straight forward character, are two retired criminals. But they never meet each other. One day, they receive letters respectively from a mysterious guy who knows what they did before. He forces them to do two assignments. First one is to work in a Youth Probation Center; the second is to exposed the crime of Au Gun, a land developper and notorious gangster.
