Tsuneo is an easy going college student working at a Mahjong parlour. While working at the parlour he hears stories of a strange old lady that pushes a cart around town, the contents of the cart remaining a mystery to the residents. Soon after, the grandmother while pushing the cart loses control and the cart ends up crashing near Tseuno. Tseuno looks into the cart and sees a mysterious girl named Josee. Josee has cerebral palsy and cannot walk. Tsuneo for his own reasons, becomes increasingly fascinated by Josee and soon becomes drawn into the world of Josee, The Tiger and The Fish.
